Система установки
Система QuickTech гарантирует оптимальную установку только в сочетании со стеклоблоками компании SEVES. Компания SEVES не несет никакой ответственности за построение конструкций. Данная система может быть установлена на плитке, штукатурке, деревянном основании, бетоне, камне или на аналогичных материалах. Не используйте Систему установки QuickTech на коврах, плавающих полах, стенах с обоями и им подобных материалах.

Installation system
The system guarantees the LGA tested security in stabilityand optimal installation properties only in combination with SEVES glass blocks, Quicktech profiles and adhesives. SEVES does not accept any liability for built structures. It can be installed on tiles, plaster, wooden beams, concrete, stone or similar materials. Do not install on carpets, floating wood floors, papered walls or similar materials.

You need

1. Используйте короткий 18 см профиль для горизонтальной поверхности и угловой профиль для вертикальной.

1. Use 18cm profiles horizontally and angular section profiles vertically.

2. Установите короткий 18 см профиль между полом и стеклоблоком. Размещайте угловой профиль с различной высотой поочередно.

2. Position the 18cm profiles between floor and glass block, then position the angular section profiles with different high alternately between one block and the following.

3. Для точного расчета длины углового профиля, разложите стеклоблоки на полу с коротким 18 см профилем.

3. Cut the angular profiles with the same height of the wall. Place the 18cm profiles between one block and the following to calculate the length of the profile.

Важно: при расчете чередуйте длинный угловой профиль с коротким. Для длинного профиля требуемая высота достигается отрезом от короткого. Для короткого отрезом от длинного.

Important: For height >48cm, position the shorter angular profile, then the longer one, to join the desired height, after they have been measured and cut. In the following column proceed inverting the sequence and cut the shorter profile according to the desired wall height (in both cases leave 1cm respect the high of the last block).

4. Короткий 18 см профиль клеится к полу. Угловой профиль клеится к вертикальному торцу блока.

4. Glue a 18cm profile to the floor, then glue a glass block on it (for glass block feathered wall, start with a long angular section profile, then fix the 18cm profile at the floor).

5. Повторяйте процесс для завершения ряда.

5. Glue an angular section profile to the lateral side of the glass block. Repeat the steps n.4-5 to complete the row.

6. Продолжайте установку до достижения нужных размеров.

6. Proceed with the installation gluing the glass block to the horizontal profile and to the vertical ones on both sides of the block.

7. По завершению работ приступайте к окончательной отделке (см. соответствующий раздел).

7. Attention: for curved walls the finishing must be realized with finishing mortar (see related section). .

FINISHING

А. Конструкции, собранные с помощью системы QuickTech, требуют заполнения швов затиркой либо другими аналогичными материалами.

Leave to dry for 24 h before applying mortar joint or silicon finish. LGA certificate for a wall with mortar joint finishing and SEVES’s glass blocks..

Б. Приступать к окончательной отделке следует не менее чем через 24 часа после завершения всех работ. Своевременно очищайте поверхность блоков.

Always seal the joints in contact with the wall, floor and ceiling with silicon. Once the finish has been applied clean the surface of the blocks.

В. Структура достигает максимального сопротивления через 3 недели. Примечание: отделочный материал не входит в установочный комплект.

The structure achieves maximum resistance after three weeks. Remark: finishing material is not included in the Installation Kit.
